Pumpkin carving and Pumpkin painting 2009

Logan had a blast painting his pumpkin... and himself!

These kinds of things take ALOT of concentration!

And quite a bit of enthusiasum!

We also carved our big pumpkin...

Andrew, Katy and Logan did all the work, I just took the pictures.

That is my FAVORITE expression that Logan makes!! I am so glad I got a picture of it!

Soooo since halloween is tommorow I figured I better put up our pumpkin carving and pumpkin painting pictures up! We had alot of fun doing them! Tommorow I have to dress up for work, so that is going to exciting! Its fun to step out of the norm every once in a while! Logan is going to be a skunk, he looks wayyy to cute in his costume! Pictures to come soon of all our halloween fun, Katy is having her annual halloween sleepover at the house so we will go trick or treating, eat lots of candy, and have tons of fun!! Hope everyone else has a wonderful halloween as well!!

Pumpkin Patch 2009

Soooo I took this past saturday off of work so we could go to the pumpkin patch! The day started out with HORRIBLE weather, rain, rain, rain, thunder, lightning, and then more rain! Everyone was doubting my decision but I stood by it and we went anyways, and it was a perfect day! (well close to it, Logan didn't take his nap till after the pumpkin patch so it made for a few rocky moments.) It only sprinkled like once or twice, and other than that was nice and warm, and not as crowded as it would have been if the weather would have been sunny!

I love this picture of Drew and Logan, the pumpkins and christmas trees in the background, it really brings out the best of the season, I think.

Logan helped Katy and Grandpa Ron conquer the mountain of hay!

Drew was trying to show Logan how to do it, and I snuck a picture.... hehehe...

This was near the beginning of his "no nap meltdown" The evil eye came next.

But Grandpa Ron saved the day!

This was almost imediately after we got in the car.

All in all it was a good day. I love this part of fall, going and picking out your pumpkins and all the fun things for Logan to do! Well I hope fall is going great for all of you, and hope you have a great week!

I wrote this for Andrew after we hadn't even been dating for a year, because I already knew that I loved him, and wanted to spend my life with him, through the great times, the good times and even the bad times, he is my glue, my love.

I may not always be the best at letting him know all this but I am the luckiest girl in the world to have him. And I may hate how he sees things as half empty, and I see things half full, but he never sees our relationship that way. He is always quick to forgive when I speak before I think, and I couldn't have asked for a better father for my little boy! ( that is one thing I hear the most from others about Drew, that he is just the best dad! and it is soo true!) Sooo Drew I want to thank you for the past 9 years and for the past 5 years of marriage, I love you very much! Happy Anniversary!

Just a little Logan fix...

Soooo... it has been a while, there is nothing really exciting going on, I have started school again taking 2 classes, sign laungage and math, Andrew got his GED... I am soo proud of him! I am excited for the pumpkin patch next week and thats about it. Sooo instead I will leave you will a few pictures of Logan my 20 month old son! (holy crow! crazy I know!)

This is the look you get when you tell Logan to smile for the camera, I think it is the cutest thing I have ever seen... you know just my opinion...
